Our story
It started with a little tube.

Aobauan (อบอวล) is the Thai word for a fragrance that gently fills the air around you. We could not think of a better word to describe what a good scent does — so it became our name.
The ya dom has lived in Thai pockets for generations. We keep its traditional recipe at the heart — then play with the scent on top, and dress every tube in an illustrated label, so it feels less like a remedy and more like a small gift.
